Job Description and Responsibilities * Configure and install computers and any hardware requested by users. * Configure and install software required by users. * Maintain the IT inventory (desktops, laptops, printers, and temporarily imported equipment). * Be responsible for purchasing required computing equipment, following established procedures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers. * Provide technical support to users when IT equipment or software fails. * Manage and maintain toner supply. * Communicate IT policies and procedures to new employees. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. * Experience managing local networks and extensive knowledge of the Windows operating system. * Experience handling information packages and Office 365. * Responsible and organized worker with strong time management skills. * Proactive, analytical, and possessing good oral communication skills.
