DIFATSA is looking for your talent to fill the position of **Systems Assistant.** **Requirements:** Education: Technological high school diploma, Computer Technician (certified), or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Age: 20\-30 years English: Technical language comprehension Minimum one year of experience **Knowledge in:** * Providing user support. * Knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, printing equipment, and other technical products * Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining printers and computing equipment (Laptops, All\-in\-one, desktop) * On\-site and remote support for PCs, both software and hardware **Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment, networks, and CCTV. * Installing software and tools. * Proficiency with Office suite applications. * Installing infrastructure and configuring networks * Organizing and managing inventory of all computing equipment. * Preventing computer issues * Managing and updating computing equipment. * Installing and maintaining CCTV systems (DAHUA, HIKVISION AND EMPCOM) * Installing audio and video equipment * Performing backups on computing equipment **Skills** * Service orientation * Teamwork and independent work * Proactive * Organized * Good interpersonal skills * Integrity * Responsibility * Punctuality * Analytical * Ability to teach others * Self\-learner. * Logical reasoning Job type: Indefinite duration Salary: $8,000\.00 \- $9,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Workplace: On\-site employment
