Mandatory experience with Castelec UPS systems **Job Description:** **PACSA México**, a leading manufacturer of stainless steel products, is seeking a **Systems Assistant** to support the maintenance and operation of computer equipment and provide technical support to staff to ensure proper functioning of the company’s systems. **Responsibilities:** * Technical support for users. * Software installation and configuration. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Network and internet support. * Inventory control of computer equipment. * Experience with **Castelec UPS systems** is **MANDATORY** **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. (Preferred) * 1 year of experience * Knowledge of computer maintenance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
