**Salary:** 15,000.00 (MXN) - 20000(MXN) per month Job Description: **Description** LEADING BRAND OF AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES IS SEEKING: **SHIPMENT MANAGER** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, completed or near completion. * Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience as a warehouse manager. * Supervisory experience managing over 15 personnel. * Promote a culture of order and cleanliness. * Mitigate and control picking errors. * Mitigate and control shrinkage. * Picking. * Shipment. * Deliveries. * Inventory control. * SAP and WMS. * Management of operational KPIs. * Productivity. * Incidents. * NS (Non-Stock). * Inventory control. **Responsibilities:** * Manage work teams. * Apply proper warehouse management practices. * Ensure inventory accuracy. * Guarantee compliance with scheduled monthly cycle counts. * Ensure no product remains uncounted and/or without a designated location. * Implement strategic WMS records. that contribute to picking efficiency * Guarantee picking is completed within the stipulated time. * Verify that physical and WMS system transfers between locations are performed correctly. * Manage all movements conducted within the warehouse. * Safeguard merchandise under the warehouse’s responsibility. * Ensure all inbound and outbound warehouse operations have required documentation. * Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure optimal warehouse operation. * Designate a zone for fast-moving products. * Organize and structure warehouse spaces. * Maintain receiving area clear for future supplier or container deliveries. * Ensure proper use of equipment and tools by supervised personnel. * Perform any additional tasks required by the company. * Ensure all incoming warehouse products are properly and accurately identified. * Improve the working environment. * Reorganize and improve warehouse spaces. * Provide operational training and coaching to work teams. * Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient warehouse operations.
