This role is critical to ensuring operations are conducted effectively, meeting customer expectations and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and distribution of products. Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring achievement of established KPIs. Lead, train, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as DHL Supply Chain’s internal procedures. Collaborate with other departments to optimize the supply chain and proactively resolve operational issues. Conduct audits and process analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Candidate Profile Experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment. Experience in team leadership and personnel management. Knowledge of safety and quality standards applicable to the Pharma and medical devices sectors. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
