Job Summary: Support servers in customer service to ensure a satisfactory experience, performing service and preparation duties. Key Points: 1. Customer service and high-quality service 2. Thorough knowledge of the menu and preparation of beverages/dishes 3. Inventory management and order preparation Support servers in all aspects related to customer service to ensure a satisfactory experience for the customer. Responsibilities: * Greet customers according to established procedures. * Provide efficient and high-quality service. * Ensure service stations are fully stocked. * Properly handle glassware. * Know the full menu and all ingredients and preparation methods for beverages and dishes. * Know proper wine opening and serving techniques. * Serve beverages at the table if necessary. * Capture orders. * Manually package, seal, and pack materials. * Labeling. * Verify quality of finished products. * Packaging. * Prepare orders for delivery routes. * Inventory control. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment to optimize space utilization. Requirements: * Completed secondary education * 1 year of experience in service and/or customer service roles.
