The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in portfolio supervision, legal and financial processes, as well as in preparing strategic reports. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision, analysis, and validation of the value of the client portfolio. * Management of settlements, portfolio buying/selling, and legal\-financial processes. * Documentary validation and sales control at the control desk. * Property valuation and extrapolation for value estimation. * Control and monitoring within the financial risk committee. * Management of large-scale portfolios, special discounts, and recovery analysis. * Support in audits, report generation, and financial performance evaluation. * Determination of tax costs and administration of portfolio reserves. ### **Work Location** **Tlalnepantla de Baz (Centrum Park), Av.
