**At Grupo Mako**, we are seeking an experienced **Construction Resident** with proven expertise in **warehouses, industrial facilities, car dealerships, corporate buildings, and industrial construction**, who can lead project execution **from kickoff to handover**, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost control. If you enjoy fieldwork, making on-site decisions, and working toward clear objectives, this opportunity is for you. **Profile we seek** * Civil Engineering degree (preferred) * Experience as a Construction Resident in **WAREHOUSES / FINISHES / INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES** * Field leadership and management of piece-rate workers * Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors * Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving ability, and tolerance for pressure **Key responsibilities** * Execute construction work **from start to completion**, in accordance with drawings, schedule, and budget * Prepare and monitor the **construction schedule** * Supervise piece-rate workers and subcontractors * Request, quantify, and control materials within the system * Interpret execution drawings and prepare **As-Built drawings** * Generate estimates and manage estimator controls * Ensure project delivery **on time, to quality standards, and as specified** **What we offer** * Tax-free monthly salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Support to attend **2 annual local trade shows** * **Quarterly training** fully funded by CMIC * Professional development in specialized private-sector construction **Project location:** Picacho Ajusco Highway, very close to Mexico City’s Ecological Park **Working hours** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
