The Quality Manager must analyze quality system data and present the results through monthly reports; interpret VMX's quality policy and ISO-9001, IATF-16949, and VDA 6.3 standards; and implement Vernicolor Mexico's production system. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Understand customer expectations/specifications and product requirements. 2. Develop total quality control processes within the plant. 3. Generate plant quality indicators, scorecards, and lead the QRQC board. 4. Ensure the quality of raw materials used in production. 5. Approve new projects under "Full PPAP". 6. Ensure final product quality complies with specifications. 7. Comply with and maintain certifications required by customers (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001). 8. Meet customer-specific PPM targets for products. 9. Fully participate in plant operational safety. 10. Report standard and critical quality issues to senior management via formal reports. 11. Address customer quality evaluations, 8D reports, 5 Whys analyses, audits, and customer concerns. 12. Improve production efficiency and waste management. 13. Perform other related tasks as required and assigned. 14. Foster positive relationships with current and prospective customers and suppliers. 15. Understand the quality requirements of the Vernicolor Group. 16. Serve as the quality communication liaison among Vernicolor plants. 17. Achieve KPIs applicable to their area. 18. Maintain 5S practices in their work area and ensure full cleanliness in quality areas and adjacent zones. 19. Properly use personal protective equipment.
