Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory. As a Productivity Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating sales force KPI compliance (sales force effectiveness, SFE). **Responsibilities:** * Collect, analyze, and interpret all information from Salesforce.com. * Optimize data collection and management processes. * Develop reports and indicators for sales force KPI compliance. * Manage the sales force's territorial structure. * Generate recommendations to optimize fieldwork performed by the sales force. * Develop performance and ranking reports and indicators. * Comply with the defined Quality Management System, such as Good Documentation Practices, Data Integrity, Record Retention Process, position-specific trainings, participation in quality audits, basic pharmacovigilance training, etc., as required. **Required Qualifications (MANDATORY):** Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and designing key performance indicators **for the sales force in the pharmaceutical industry.** Experience generating reports in Power BI. Advanced Excel and macro creation. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience managing sales force territories. Knowledge of Salesforce.com usage.
