Job Summary: Carsomex is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure product quality, organize workflow, and manage operational staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure production process quality 2. Develop and certify operational staff Carsomex, a manufacturing company specializing in cardboard production dedicated to solving high-quality packaging and shipping challenges, seeks your talent as: **Production Coordinator.** Ensure that the production process delivers quality products. Organize workflow through responsibility assignment and scheduling. **Responsibilities:** * · Production according to schedule * · Material review on the shop floor * · Distribution of blueprints to staff workstations * · Weekly performance indicators per workstation * · 5S \+ Safety Program * · Development and certification of operational staff **Knowledge Requirements:** * · Knowledge of Process Control Plans * · Knowledge of ISO 9000 * · Knowledge of measurement equipment usage * · Knowledge of corrugated cardboard processes * · Blueprint interpretation * · KPI management * · 5S\+1 System **Requirements:** Preferred * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * 1 year of experience as a Production Coordinator in an industrial company * 3 years of experience in corrugated box manufacturing processes **Benefits:** * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM * Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM Salary: Up to $1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
