Job Summary: We are seeking a Printing Service Technician/Engineer to provide on-site technical support, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical support for printing and digitization equipment. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of printers and multifunction devices. 3. Use of ITSM tools for incident handling. **"We are seeking a Printing Service Technician/Engineer"** **Responsibilities:** Provide on-site technical support for printing and digitization equipment, including preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as incident handling using ITSM tools. **Requirements:** * Technical or engineering degree in IT or related field. (Certificate, diploma, or professional license required) * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. * Experience in printer and multifunction device maintenance. * Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Help Desk, Service Desk) * Print monitoring via HP Web Jet Admin. * Willingness to relocate as required.
