




Job Summary: Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and payment of payroll, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the calculation and preparation of periodic payroll 2. Administer incidents, registrations, cancellations, and modifications in IMSS, SUA, and IDSE 3. Ensure confidentiality of employee information **Job Objective**: Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculation, preparation, and payment, complying with current legal, tax, and labor regulations, as well as the company’s internal policies. **Functions and Responsibilities:** \- Prepare weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll as applicable. \- Calculate earnings, deductions, taxes, and employer contributions. \- Record incidents: tardiness, absences, overtime, disabilities, vacations, commissions, bonuses, etc. \- Perform registrations, cancellations, and modifications in IMSS, SUA, and IDSE. \- Calculate severance payments and settlements according to labor legislation. \- Prepare payroll reports, stamp payroll receipts, and send CFDI vouchers. \- Coordinate with the accounting department for payroll and accruals reconciliation. \- Keep employee information updated in the payroll system. \- Support internal and external audits related to the area. \- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
