




Position Summary: Accounting professional responsible for managing administrative and teaching staff payroll, including personnel movements, recordkeeping, severance calculations, and declarations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll and administrative personnel management. 2. Calculates severance payments and manages transfers. 3. Handles IMSS and INFONAVIT requirements. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Enter payroll-related transactions for administrative and teaching staff. Register new hires and modifications in NOI and Social Security. Calculate severance payments and manage corresponding transfers or checks. Submit SIRESO and CIPRES declarations timely and accurately. Receive and maintain attendance records for teaching staff and operational personnel. Enter honorarium payments for open-system programs and master's degrees. Distribute payroll receipts for staff signature and university recordkeeping. Address IMSS and INFONAVIT requirements related to the department.
