




Job Summary: Support the execution and control of payroll and personnel administration processes, ensuring accurate recording of incidents and effective communication with Operations and HR. Key Points: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration. 2. Essential knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes. 3. Proficiency in payroll systems (CONTPAQi preferred). Job Objective Support the execution and control of payroll and personnel administration processes, ensuring accurate registration of incidents, employee onboarding/offboarding, transfers, and related filings with IMSS, as well as effective communication with Operations and Human Resources. Responsibilities * Entry and validation of payroll incidents. * Attendance, tardiness, absenteeism, and vacation tracking. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS. * Follow-up on administrative terminations and final settlements. * Support in payroll calculation and closure. * Management of physical and digital personnel files. * Continuous communication with branches and the Operations department. * Tracking of weekly reports and deliverables. Requirements * Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.** * **Essential knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes.** * **Proficiency in payroll systems (CONTPAQi preferred).** * Knowledge of IMSS regulations, payroll incidents, and the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.
