Key responsibilities: * Ensure daily production targets are met and customer requirements are fulfilled, while maintaining material integrity. * Execute the production plan. * Supervise personnel. * Conduct shift handover/start-up. * Execute the unloading plan. * Achieve 100% on-time shipment window compliance. Who we’re looking for: * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * Intermediate conversational English. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Intermediate SAP knowledge. * Personnel management experience. * 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
