Echoing its name, a combination of the Sanskrit\-derived words for ‘peace’ and ‘water,’ Amanvari rests in harmony with its exclusive yet inspiring setting, an exclusive 1,000\-acre community just one hour from Los Cabos International airport. **Role** The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring that luxury, service, and safety standards are maintained at all times . This strategic role combines operational leadership with a focus on the guest experience, guaranteeing that every arrival, departure, or nighttime request is handled efficiently, discreetly, and with excellence. The Night Manager leads the front desk, concierge, and security staff during the night, resolving issues, managing incidents, and ensuring the continuity of hotel services. They act as a key liaison between shifts, maintain communication with other departments, and ensure that nighttime operations are carried out safely and in accordance with hotel procedures. **Responsibilities** * Demonstrates a proactive approach and strong leadership in service delivery, organizational culture, team development, and overall team image. * Maintains comprehensive knowledge of, and ensures full compliance with, all Resort, brand, and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards. * Conducts regular inspections of hotel areas to verify cleanliness and overall condition, reporting any irregularities to the appropriate department for timely follow\-up. Identifies and reports maintenance issues, including lighting, landscaping, painting, or other facility\-related concerns. * Oversees all in\-house guest services operations during the night shift, including arrivals and departures, and supervises staff across public areas, guest services, maintenance, food and beverage, kitchen, stewarding, and security, ensuring effective overall property management. * Reviews pending arrivals and monitors early departures. * Confirms, via radio communication, that all departments are properly coordinated at the start of the night shift. * Completes pending check\-ins and accurately records all relevant information for the following Guest Services shift. * Processes check\-outs in accordance with established procedures, ensuring proper documentation. * Conducts team briefings, reviews the daily report, reinforces brand pillars, and verifies the next day’s transportation schedule. * Manages and oversees all Night Audit processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality sector. * Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
