Job Summary: Control Center Coordinator responsible for GPS unit monitoring and recovery, information analysis, and emergency response to ensure vehicle security. Key Highlights: 1. 24/7 GPS equipment monitoring and incident management. 2. Emergency response for thefts and coordination of unit recovery. 3. Data analysis and report generation to optimize operations. **Job Requirements:** Knowledge of GPS monitoring and unit recovery. Information analysis skills. Basic proficiency in Word and Excel. Completed high school diploma (preferred). Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. **Primary Job Responsibilities:** \*Real-time 24/7 monitoring of fixed GPS equipment\. \*Detect when a GPS device stops reporting or experiences disconnections, notify the client via email, and follow up accordingly. \*Coordinate appointments with our vendors and vehicle users in case of GPS equipment failures, and follow up until the inspection concludes (sharing results). Inform MLS and PRACE clients via email throughout the process. \*Provide 24/7 emergency response (thefts), strictly adhering to security protocols, maintaining communication with our recovery team to coordinate unit recovery, and continuously updating vehicle users as well as MLS and PRACE clients via email. \*Apply engine immobilization at 5 AM upon PRACE’s request, following established protocols. \*Respond to email requests for unit and/or GPS equipment information. \*Analyze historical data downloaded from platforms for units to collect frequently visited coordinates, which are shared with our recovery team to facilitate vehicle recovery. \*Generate weekly mileage-travel reports for each PRACE unit and email the file. \*Review various databases to collect unit data (name, brand, model, serial number, license plates, dates). \*Conduct searches in REPUVE and/or RAPI. \*Perform all tasks assigned by the General Director, Director of Operations and Planning, Recovery Manager, and/or Control Center Coordinator. **Job Skills:** · Autonomy · Strategic planning · Work quality · Information analysis · Critical thinking · Proactivity · Teamwork · Continuous improvement · Responsiveness · Customer orientation **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM Saturday: 9 AM to 3 PM On-site Salary: MXN $12,000 net per month (paid biweekly) Statutory benefits Position type: Full-time Salary: MXN $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
