Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitor to supervise and track GPS-enabled vehicles, ensure adherence to scheduling, and manage incidents and communications with drivers. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and problem analysis TATPA PUEBLA URBARNOS We are looking for our next **MONITOR** REQUIREMENTS: * Gender: Unspecified * **Availability to work rotating shifts and rest days** * Minimum 6 MONTHS of experience in similar positions * Education: Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Computer Science or Systems Bachelor's Degree, or Technical or Incomplete Degree RESPONSIBILITIES: * Real-time GPS monitoring and tracking of vehicles * Ensuring schedule compliance remotely * Receiving, handling, and analyzing incidents reported in real time * Monitoring and responding to radio frequencies and phone calls * Real-time communication with drivers * Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly incident reports for the shift COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE: * Working under pressure, Assertive Communication, Teamwork, Problem Analysis. * Advanced Excel skills, Familiarity with the city of Puebla, Knowledge of satellite tracking Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
