What will you do? * Monitor IT platforms of systems. * Operate monitoring tools. * Monitor and handle incident response. * Define and implement escalation matrices. * Monitor the change management area. * Create configurations to automate system applications. What do you need? * Monitor the logical and physical infrastructure of the Systems Department.
