




Position Summary: Phone-based support for service order management, productivity and assistance, including leave requests and tracking for technicians and users. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end service order management and tracking. 2. Support for technicians and users within the workflow. ‼ Telephone Executives for Technician and User Support Campaign ‼ Responsibilities: You will handle service order workflow, productivity, attendance, technician leave management via the app, service order tracking, and status updates.
