




Position Summary: We are seeking a customer service agent to provide telephone support to business clients, resolve service issues, and manage reports. Key Highlights: 1. Communication and problem-solving skills **Responsibilities** * Providing telephone customer service. * Supporting an active portfolio of business clients. * Resolving service-related issues. * Generating and tracking reports. * Escalating cases to the second level. * Sending invoices and clarifying account balances. * Handling incoming calls and internal transfers. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Technical diploma. * Minimum 3 months of experience in customer service or call center roles. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Basic computer proficiency. **We Offer** * Base salary: $10,300 per month. * Variable compensation: $2,000 to $4,500 per month. * Statutory benefits. * Bonus for achieving performance goals. * Job stability. **Work Schedule** * Monday through Saturday. * 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (8 hours daily). * Fixed day off on Sunday. **Work Location:** Av.
