Preparation of productivity reports and goal achievement reports A leading logistics company is seeking your talent to supervise and coordinate operational activities. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff. * Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts; control goods receipt and dispatch. * Verify proper use of equipment and tools. * Resolve operational incidents and follow up on reports. * Prepare productivity, incident, and shift goal achievement reports. * Knowledge of mid-mile and/or last-mile operations. ### **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising operations, preferably in courier or messenger services. * Knowledge of receiving, storage, sorting, and dispatch processes. * Personnel management and team leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS). * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (technical or professional degree in logistics or related field preferred).
