Development of communication and reporting skills Description and details of responsibilities: Timely tracking of shipments dispatched via international courier services (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) to improve shipment visibility for our global customers, anticipate incidents, and ensure timely shipment tracking. This assignment will optimize customer service while enabling the intern to gain experience in objective-based work, process tracking, communication skills, and report preparation. Experience and Requirements: * Basic English. * Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control. * Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with 5S Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles. * Fields of study: Industrial Engineering / Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. **Responsibilities:** * Tracking domestic and international shipments * Direct communication with carriers (phone and email) * Communication with customs teams * Sharing necessary documentation to clear shipments through customs * Preparing and completing reports for shipment tracking * Escalating any situation requiring supervisor attention * Use of English during working hours is common (both written and spoken).
