Logistics Assistant Experience Preferably 6 months in invoice validation and issuance, document management, and report preparation for Control Desk, Documentation, and/or Warehouse departments. We offer: Base salary of $9451.20 gross per month + 10% food vouchers Schedule Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Education Bachelor’s degree in Logistics (preferred), Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Recent graduates are welcome. Main job responsibilities: * Receiving invoices for incoming shipments. * Preparing documentation for shipments. * Updating customer delivery date reports. * Completing and closing daily and monthly receiving and shipping logs. * Receiving, registering, and archiving invoices signed by customers. * Recording monthly KPIs.
