




Summary: This role involves conducting quality control tests on raw materials, supporting various departments with testing needs, managing laboratory operations, and ensuring continuous improvement in testing procedures. Highlights: 1. Supports continuous improvement in raw material testing procedures 2. Manages laboratory reports, equipment calibration, and inventory 3. Coordinates work schedules and records attendance for personnel 1\. Ensures the correct use of procedures to perform tests to the raw material in the slip \& glaze area. 2\. Supports other areas with different tests they will need to help them to keep control of their processes. 3\. Distribute all the laboratory reports to the appropriate production area. 4\. Ensures the equipment received calibration and its maintenance equipment is done on schedule. 5\. Keeps the necessary inventory of the materials needed for all lab tests. 6\. Coordinates the work schedules for the personnel in his charge and has control of the attendance records. 7\. Records the results of the test and prepare inspection and test reports. 8\. Works with the quality and production area to ensure the continuous improvement in the procedures to test the raw material, slip and glaze. **EDUCATION:** Preference Technical degree. **EXPERIENCE:** Preference minimum 4 year experience in a manufacturing is preferred in a similar position. **FORMATION:** Preference knowledge and understanding of chemical processes.
