Collaborative global teams **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) **About the Role** We are hiring **L2 Application Support Specialists** to support enterprise Java\-based applications within a high\-availability production environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, incident resolution, and ensuring application stability for critical business systems. **Responsibilities** * Provide Level 2 production support for Java applications * Perform Java debugging and log analysis * Investigate and resolve application and data issues * Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and validation * Work in Linux environments to diagnose system issues * Develop and maintain operational scripts * Monitor applications and respond to production incidents * Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams * Document root cause analysis and resolutions **Required Qualifications** * 4–6 years of IT experience * Experience supporting Java\-based applications (debugging level) * Strong SQL knowledge * Linux/Unix environment experience * Scripting knowledge (Shell/Bash or similar) * Production or application support background * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills **Nice to Have** * Experience with enterprise or financial systems * Exposure to ticketing or monitoring tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) **Why Join** * Large\-scale enterprise environment * Long\-term opportunity * Collaborative global teams Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
