Language:\_ **Conversational English required.**\_ Experience: 1 to 2 years in the field. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide software and hardware technical support to users (on-site and remote). * User account creation and deactivation in systems. * Software installation and equipment setup. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and laptops. * Validation of critical infrastructure functionality. * Incident management and tracking in ServiceNow. * Identify service improvement and efficiency opportunities. * Coordinate with vendors. * Customer-oriented, professional attitude, excellent communication, and proactivity. * Proficiency with Windows 11 operating system and Azure. * Network infrastructure.
