Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:** **Objetivo del Puesto** Provide support in the IT area for various assigned activities, as well as to the Technical Support Specialist, to maintain computers and peripherals in good working condition, and to provide technical support to users of the computer network and computing equipment in production lines. **Responsabilidades Principales** * Provide user support for applications and computing equipment. * Fulfill tasks assigned by department head or manager. * Maintain personal computers and peripherals in good condition by performing preventive and corrective maintenance. * Provide support for computers and barcode printers in production lines/cells. * Install and configure software according to user needs. * Install network cabling according to company requirements. * Keep sites organized. * Replace UPS units and batteries. * Manage consumables inventory. * Configure mobile devices. **Educación y Experiencia** * Student pursuing a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, Computer Science, or related field. * At least 7th semester completed or within 1 year of graduation. **Competencia Requerida** * Interest in developing a career in IT/technical support. * Knowledge of computer networks. * Previous experience in technical support, networking, preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, and software and hardware installation is desirable, including laser printers and ZEBRA and SATO printers. * Experience in end-user technical support. * Intermediate conversational English. * Teamwork skills. * Excellent customer service attitude. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
