




Key Responsibilities: * Conduct physical inventory counts according to the established schedule (daily, weekly, monthly). * Record and verify material receipts and issuances in the appropriate forms and/or system (SAE). * Assist in visual inspection of products to ensure they meet quality criteria prior to storage. * Identify, record, and report inventory discrepancies or product non-conformities. * Check expiration dates, packaging integrity, and storage conditions. * Support the implementation and monitoring of quality procedures related to inventory handling. * Prepare inventory and quality control reports as required. * Comply with warehouse safety, order, and cleanliness standards. * Assist in internal or external audits related to inventory and quality. Requirements: * Education: Completed high school or technical degree. * Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in inventory, warehousing, and involvement in quality control processes. * Knowledge: * Inventory control and management. * Basic quality principles (inspection, non-conformities, recordkeeping). * Basic Excel proficiency. * Skills: * Organization and attention to detail. * Commitment to quality. * Honesty and responsibility. * Teamwork and service-oriented attitude.
