REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * Intermediate–Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and macros). * Handheld device experience (preferred). * WMS knowledge (preferred). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Inventory reconciliation. * Preparation of inventory count reports. * Tracking and traceability of inventory discrepancies. * Identification of opportunities for improvement related to inventory variances. * Management of control files and follow-up on inventory count plans. * Minimum 1 year of inventory experience, including: physical counts, ABC classification, and IRA and ILA metrics. SCHEDULE: Rotating Shifts * Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Monday–Saturday) * Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (Monday–Saturday) * Night shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (Monday–Friday) WORK LOCATION: * 36113 Silao de la Victoria, Gto.
