




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Human Resources department with knowledge of payroll, labor legislation, and specialized software to perform various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll management and IMSS procedures. 2. Support in Human Resources projects and staff assistance. 3. Maintenance of personnel files and up-to-date legal documentation. **Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Payroll * Aspel software proficiency * Legislative and regulatory knowledge related to a company’s Human Resources department. **Software Proficiency:** * ERP system experience, preferably Aspel * Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables **Responsibilities:** * Pre-payroll processing * Employee registrations and cancellations with IMSS * Payroll processing * Contract preparation * Personnel file control * Handling HR-related cases for staff * Vacation and vacation bonus tracking * Registering, canceling, and updating employee salary changes via the IMSS portal within legally established deadlines. * Calculating, generating, and validating monthly employer-employee contribution payments, ensuring accuracy prior to filing. * Preparing, validating, and submitting the Monthly Payroll Report (SUA – Unique Self-Determination System), correcting any observations. * Managing IMSS procedures related to disabilities, pensions, and work-related risks, including process follow-up. * Updating and maintaining employees’ Social Security Numbers (NSS) and Unique Population Registry Codes (CURP) in the employer system. * Promptly addressing and resolving IMSS requests and notifications. * Training and advising employees on personal IMSS procedures (e.g., medical appointments, obtaining NSS for family members, etc.). * Reviewing and entering payroll-impacting incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, leave requests). * Verifying and archiving electronic payroll receipts. * Supporting payroll preparation (not as primary responsible, but capable of calculation and verification). * Calculating severance and termination settlements in coordination with the Legal Department or Payroll Manager. * Maintaining payroll-related accounting documentation (CFDI, payroll acknowledgments, etc.). * Preparing, updating, and securely maintaining confidential and organized physical and/or electronic employee files. * Supporting Human Resources department projects (wellness campaigns, events, internal communications) * Staying updated on reforms to the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and its Regulations. * Ensuring compliance with legal deadlines for all IMSS and other authority procedures (e.g., STPS inspections). * Preparing documentation required for internal or external personnel-related audits **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Discipline * Problem-solving ability * Discretion and reliability in handling information * Analytical skills **We Offer: Base Salary + Statutory Benefits** *Apply for this position and attach your personal CV with photo to the following email addresses:* teyar(dot)1984@gmail(dot)com recursos(underscore)humanos@teyar(dot)com(dot)mx *Include the job title in the subject line.* ***WhatsApp:*** **55 84 75 33 41** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
