




**Objective:** Ensure coverage of the authorized organizational structure with competent personnel who contribute to the growth and success of the organization. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with staffing requirements across different departments * Candidate follow-up (communicate process status) * Conduct onboarding * Control locker usage * Provide support for HR events and initiatives * Manage employee records * Ensure compliance with requirements established for applicable internal and external audits * Deliver signed contract copies to operational supervisors * Support uniform distribution * Ensure compliance with statutory benefits and perks CCT (scholarships, grocery vouchers, bonuses, transportation assistance, etc.) * Receive and validate incident reports from area managers * Record payroll-related incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, etc.) * Prepare and validate preliminary payroll for unionized staff * Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll payments * Manage procurement of uniforms for unionized and trusted personnel as required * Deliver, control, and safeguard documents such as payroll receipts and institutional payment records * Deliver various documents to employees, including IMSS enrollments, certificates, reprinted payroll receipts, grocery cards, etc. Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: Up to $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance Experience: * Payroll: 3 years (Required) Work location: On-site
