




Position Summary: We are seeking a Telephone Assistant with Help Desk experience to manage tickets and professionally resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer tickets from initiation to resolution 2. Respond to inquiries and complaints efficiently 3.
