




Position Summary: We are seeking a Telephone Assistant with Help Desk experience to manage tickets and resolve inquiries, ensuring efficient and professional service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer tickets from initiation to closure 2. Respond to inquiries and complaints efficiently 3.
