The primary objective is to lead floor operations, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional *Fine Dining* experience—attending to every detail from welcome to farewell. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and coordinate waitstaff, runners, and busboys to ensure flawless service flow. * **Specialized Guest Service:** Greet guests, present the menu, and offer wine-pairing suggestions and house specialties (Upselling). * **Protocol Oversight:** Ensure strict adherence to high-end table service standards, delivery timing, and plating presentation. * **Experience Management:** Handle reservations, assign tables, and promptly resolve any incidents or special guest requests. * **Administrative Operations:** Oversee bill closing, terminal operations, and ensure salon cleanliness and order at shift start and end. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum **1 verifiable year** as Head Waiter in **Fine Dining** restaurants. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in service protocols and solid expertise in wines, spirits, and author-level mixology. * **Competencies:** Inspirational leadership, excellent verbal communication, ability to make decisions under pressure, and strong organizational acumen. * **Hygiene:** Knowledge of food and beverage hygiene regulations. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * **Attractive tipping scheme.** * Ongoing training. **Selection Process:** We conduct interviews immediately for rapid hiring.
