Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electronic systems **Recruitment and Selection: Helen is seeking an Electronics Technician in Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Seeking an **electronics technician** whose duties are ENTIRELY field-based. **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in technical support or electronic maintenance. * Availability for field work within the Metropolitan Area and travel **(approximately 3 times per month to other states, including per diems)** Knowledge in: * Applied electronics and schematic interpretation * Fault diagnosis (power supplies, circuits, interfaces) * Use of multimeter and oscilloscope * Embedded systems (Raspberry Pi, Mini PC) and basic/intermediate Linux * Access control (biometric, RFID, controllers) * On-site tool handling and installation * Skills: analysis, problem solving, effective communication, and teamwork **Main Responsibilities** * Provide specialized technical support (remote and on-site) * Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electronic systems. * Installation and configuration of access control equipment. * Remote incident resolution (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, SSH) * Preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic equipment. * Technical site surveys and corresponding documentation.
