A company powered by its people. **Job Description** -------------------------- * Receive and manage information via various communication channels. * Provide customer service and follow-up, ensuring timely and efficient support. * Communicate directly with operators to coordinate activities. * Dispatch and assign transport units. * Track and manage documentation (CFDI and billing processes). * Maintain constant interaction with operational departments and assigned personnel. * Prepare and update Excel reports. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree (incomplete) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables) * 1–2 years of experience in transportation or logistics. * Flexible availability for shift work. **What We Offer** ------------- Three-shift rotating schedule: * 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. (1 day off during the week or on weekends) * 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (1 day off during the week or on weekends) * 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. (2 days off during the week or on weekends) Work location: Mega Campus * 55796 Nextlalpan, Méx.
