Grupo Loeffler Russek (GLR) is comprised of 5 pharmaceutical industry companies with a history dating back to 1978, operating two manufacturing plants and employing over 700 collaborators, innovating in the Humana line, producing solids, liquids, semi-solids, and injectables. We are currently seeking talent: **Demand Planner** **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, International Business, or related field. **Experience:** 2 years of experience in demand planning and sales forecasting. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze historical sales data, market trends, consumer behavior, and seasonality to generate reliable demand forecasts enabling effective supply planning (Sales Forecasting). * Monitor and optimize finished goods inventory levels, ensuring product availability while avoiding overstock or stockouts. * Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production, and Logistics departments to align demand forecasts with supply and production plans. * Generate analyses and reports using statistical tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to track key performance indicators such as: DPA (Forecast Accuracy), MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error), BIAS (Forecast Bias), Service Level / Fill Rate, Inventory Availability and Turnover s\&op * Identify discrepancies between projected and actual demand, proposing actions to improve forecast accuracy and supply planning. **Required Knowledge:** Proficiency in SAP system, Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
