We invite you to join our team with a happiness-oriented culture. ### **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!** **Senior Data Engineer (Consulting Profile)** ### **What Do You Need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field * Solid experience as a **Senior Data Engineer** * Experience in **banking sector projects (highly desirable)** * Consulting profile with technical leadership and autonomy in decision-making ### **Essential Skills** * ETL \& Data Integration: **Ab Initio and/or Talend (mandatory)** * Databases: **Teradata (complex models) and Oracle** * Data ecosystem: **Informatica, Kafka, file integration** * Data architecture: **Data Warehouse and enterprise integration layers** * Methodologies: **Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC** * Data governance (desirable) ### **Responsibilities** * Conduct **technical discovery**, process documentation, and data flow mapping in core systems * Perform **impact analysis**, identifying critical dependencies and information consumers * Analyze complex structures in **Teradata (1,000\+ tables)** for data asset debugging * Lead technical sessions with stakeholders to document business rules * Design **data architecture and ETL process solutions** independent of legacy systems * Propose data migration and evolution strategies * Estimate timelines, resources, and costs for implementation * Ensure scalability, data quality, and information governance ### **Desirable** * Experience with banking applications such as **CIL, GIW, JK** * Certifications in **Talend, Ab Initio, CDMP, or Teradata** * Experience in banking platform transformation or separation projects ### **Work Arrangement** * Mode: **Hybrid** * Location: Mexico City ### **Offer** * Salary: **MXN $70,000 to $72,000 gross per month** * High-impact project in the banking sector * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Career development plan ### **IDS Benefits** * Accidental death and dismemberment insurance * Minor and major medical expense insurance * Savings fund
