Collaborative, fast-moving startup culture Customer Success Manager *(Fully Remote)* **Compensation:** $2,500/month **Location:** Remote (Latin America ) **Start Date:** Immediate About the Role We are looking for a polished, high\-performing Customer Success Manager to lead our customer experience department. This person will be the face of the department — owning all client onboardings, managing ongoing client relationships, and setting the standard for service excellence. You will have one direct report supporting you with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities * Lead all client onboarding calls and ongoing client meetings via Zoom and Google Meet * Deliver a white\-glove customer experience at every touchpoint * Manage and maintain Zoho Desk, ensuring efficient ticket handling and resolution * Implement and track customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS, etc.) with a focus on continuous improvement * Build and optimize systems and processes to improve departmental efficiency * Manage and support one junior team member * Represent the company professionally and confidently in all client\-facing interactions Requirements * Exceptional verbal communication skills — clear, neutral, and confident on the phone and on video calls * Professional, presentable, and personable on camera * Proven experience in high\-level, white\-glove customer service * Hands\-on expertise with **Zoho Desk** * Experience working in fast\-paced, startup environments * Strong initiative and ability to self\-motivate without close supervision * Comfortable setting up workflows and systems to drive team efficiency * Experience managing or mentoring at least one team member What We Offer * Fully remote, flexible work environment * Competitive monthly compensation of **$2,500/month** * The opportunity to lead and shape a growing customer success department * A collaborative, fast\-moving startup culture *If you thrive in a client\-facing leadership role and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.* Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $36,006\.00 \- $45,006\.75 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience working with Zoho Desk? * How many years of experience do you have working in a similar capacity? * Is the salary range mention is within your expectations? * Please record 60\-90 seconds audio. via vocaroo.com.
