**Job Description:** **Role: Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or requests related to telecommunications services while identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that enhance the customer experience and increase sales value.** 1. Customer Service * Answer incoming or outgoing calls from customers with questions, issues, or requests regarding: * Mobile or landline phone plans. * Billing and collections. * Device configuration. * Number portability, SIM card changes, or technical failures. * Provide prompt, clear, and effective solutions while consistently maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. * Record each interaction in the system.
