Job Summary: Provides telephone support to corporate customers, manages and routes service requests, ensures timely ticket closure, and prepares performance reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. We create exceptional service experiences and transform workplaces into spaces where people feel valued, engaged, and productive. **CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Industrial or Engineering. * Experience in corporate customer telephone support and ticket follow-up, report preparation and analysis. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level — formulas, pivot tables, filters, charts, data cross-referencing, etc.) is mandatory. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide telephone support to corporate customers to log service solution tickets (these are not sales or collections calls). * Route, classify, categorize, and correctly transfer each customer request (call) received and registered via the system. * Ensure tickets are closed on time and as required. * Generate and analyze reports. * Analyze and audit information for proper service billing. * Prepare performance reporting. **Work Location:** Forum Naucalpan, State of Mexico Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 (on-site); Saturdays, 8:00–12:00 (remote) **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary: **$16,844\.61** MXN Statutory benefits from day one Food vouchers: 6% Savings fund: 5% Optional savings account **Apply now — we’ll contact you for an interview!**
