SELANUSA is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals for the position of: "CONTROL ROOM ANALYST" **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * Gender: Not specified * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role * Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management System) is mandatory * WMS (Warehouse Management System) knowledge is desirable **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor routes and deliveries until completion * Load and plan routes in Drivin TMS * Track vehicles via Drivin TMS * Monitor orders in Blue Yonder * Validate delivery status (On-Time In-Full) * Identify and manage in-transit incidents * Manage rejections, returns, and cancellations * Monitor recovery and rescheduling of orders * Maintain communication with drivers and internal departments * Update delivery status and supporting evidence * Generate performance reports (logistics KPIs) * Ensure on-time delivery compliance * Support route and resource optimization **WE OFFER:** * Bi-weekly payments * Life insurance * Statutory benefits from day one * Discounts on our products * Work location: G.A.M.
