Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to handle network, voice, and hardware failures; perform maintenance; and resolve issues on-site. Key Responsibilities: 1. Troubleshooting and resolution of Layer 3, Layer 2, and voice issues. 2. Corrective and preventive maintenance of systems and equipment. 3. Network troubleshooting and on-site support. * Responsibilities * Address Layer 3 and Layer 2 failures, as well as voice-related issues * Address failures involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer service * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Servers * Image loading * Troubleshooting (networks) * Field work Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (preferably with degree certification) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer, or as On-Site or Field Technical Support Engineer with experience in Microwave (MW) and GPON * Minimum 2 years of experience * Willingness to travel * Valid driver’s license (motorcycle) We Offer: * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week * Transportation vehicle (standard motorcycle) * Electronic devices (mobile phone and laptop) Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
