Position Summary: We are seeking a computer systems technician for equipment maintenance, operating system updates, and user, student, and faculty support. Key Responsibilities: 1. System maintenance and updates 2. User support and consultation 3. Assistance to students and faculty UNIVERSIDAD ICEL TLALPAN CAMPUS IS SEEKING: **Education:** Technical degree in computer systems and informatics **Experience:** 1 year in the systems field **Responsibilities:** · Maintain computer equipment. · Update operating systems. · Comply with and enforce guidelines for computer equipment usage. · Provide consultation and technical support to users. · Assist students and faculty with access to the institutional email, PwC system, and E\-Learning platform. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 5 hours **Salary:** $9,559\.80 monthly net salary plus benefits (IMSS, 30-day bonus, vacation, and educational scholarships) **Work Location:** Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
