Responsibilities: * Provide remote and on-site technical and clinical support to customers for problem resolution, inquiries, and training. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in presenting products and solutions to prospective customers. * Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations. * Develop and deliver training programs for end users and internal staff on product usage and maintenance. * Document and track support cases, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely incident resolution. * Participate in creating technical and clinical support materials, such as manuals, quick-reference guides, and FAQs. * Stay current on the latest technologies, products, and market trends relevant to the Urology portfolio (e.g., urinary catheterization). * Collaborate in identifying opportunities to improve products and services based on customer feedback. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or Epidemiology/Infectious Diseases. * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or clinical support for medical devices. * Knowledge of clinical principles and practices relevant to the Urology portfolio (Urinary Catheterization). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts. * Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build strong relationships. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Proactive, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. * Willingness to travel. * Proficiency in English (desirable). * Proficiency in computer tools and office software (Microsoft Office).
