Position Summary: This role involves reviewing claims files, preparing invoices, tracking cases, recording internal controls, and supporting order management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Claims file review and management 2. Invoice preparation and billing follow-up 3. Support in resolving pending orders Review of claims files submitted by the network, in accordance with established requirements. Preparation of invoices for billing, portal uploads, email submissions, and physical deliveries. Tracking of cases returned or stalled in the process, including email and phone follow-ups. Recording of control desk logs and internal controls. Preparation of internal documents such as working papers and claims file folders. Support for concluding and resolving pending orders awaiting billing.
