The **Building Maintenance** position will be responsible for the preservation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, structures, and equipment. This includes performing periodic inspections, diagnosing issues, and responding to maintenance requests to ensure all operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting. Diagnose, repair, and replace defective equipment or machinery. Ensure all equipment operates optimally to support logistics operations. * Conduct periodic inspections of the building and its surroundings to identify potential risks or maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and building codes. Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, workspaces, and storage facilities. * Repair and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, conveyor belts, and hydraulic pallet jacks. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or machinery. * Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests (e.g., water leaks, electrical failures, or HVAC system malfunctions) to minimize operational disruptions. **Requirements** * Intermediate English (mandatory). * Completed high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in building maintenance or related fields are preferred. * Proven 2–3 years of experience in building maintenance, ideally within logistics or warehouse environments. * Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. * Familiarity with operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor belts). * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Knowledge of safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, building codes). **Benefits** * Grocery vouchers * Highly competitive salary * Performance bonus and year-end bonus * Life insurance * Savings fund * Comprehensive medical benefits package *At Charger Logistics, we are committed to providing equal opportunity to every candidate and employee.
