




Job Summary: DORMIMUNDO is seeking a Billing Assistant to monitor, process, and issue tax documents, as well as track billing-related customer requests. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking customer requests—both internal and external—related to billing DORMIMUNDO, a company with over 70 years of history and undergoing continuous transformation, is currently seeking our next **BILLING ASSISTANT** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration (Candidates currently completing their studies are welcome; technical-level candidates are also accepted) * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience * Intermediate Excel skills * Basic knowledge of tax requirements (CFDI, credit notes, cancellations) Responsibilities: * Monitor generated orders and process them in the Point of Sale (POS) system * Issue invoices via SAP (both automated and manual) * Issue credit notes upon justified and approved requests * Perform invoice cancellations * Track billing-related requests from both internal and external customers.
