Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record journal entries, review invoices, assist with bank reconciliations, manage accounts, and prepare accounting reports. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for graduates or students in Accounting/Finance We want your talent **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **Functions and Responsibilities** * Record income, expense, and daily journal entries. * Review and classify invoices, receipts, and tax documents. * Assist with bank reconciliation. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Prepare basic accounting reports. * Assist in preparing tax returns (based on experience). * Maintain up-to-date accounting files and tax documentation. * Support monthly and annual closing processes. * Verify compliance with internal policies and tax regulations. * Provide administrative support to the accounting department. **Requirements**: * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (in progress or completed). * Preferably **2 years** of experience in similar positions (warehouse, logistics, distribution). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Invoicing using SAT4\.0. * Strong knowledge of tax matters. * Experience using accounting systems (COI, CONTPAQi, SAP, or others – preferred). **Working Hours**: * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm * Saturdays, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm Work location: Texcoco Centro.
